THE BAMBOO TOKEN PROJECT
Since factors such as carbon dioxide emissions and deforestation are among the main causes of climate change, the Bamboo Token project aims to provide a possible solution to reduce those phenomena that can cause and aggravate environmental damage. With the aim of supporting the Green Economy on many fronts, the project is oriented on the one hand to the reduction of the consequences caused by pollution and on the other hand to the creation of eco-sustainable products and covering multiple sectors such as agriculture, construction, the textile industry and many others. In these terms, the aim is to improve the quality of the air made possible by the significant quantities of CO2 that can be transformed into oxygen by plants. Secondly, we want to support the creation of numerous eco-compatible and eco-sustainable products through the use of all parts of the bamboo plant (whether these are the shoots, the fibres or the trunks).
The functioning of the BAMBOO TOKEN project is connected to the understanding of the mechanism concerning the <tokenisation of the soil> plan.
Interested supporters will be involved in the purchase of one or more tokens (depending on the amount of their available resources). Each token will correspond to the adoption for 15 years an area of land through which the participant will be entitled to the products obtained from bamboo plants (shoots and culms) determined by the total production divided by the corresponding area. Alternatively, through an agreement with local partners, participants will be given the opportunity to sell their products or convert their value into finished products. This possibility will be managed directly between the participant and the partner without any intermediation or interest from the Bamboo Token project.
The participant in the BAMBOO TOKEN project shares the spirit and motivation of the initiative.
For the cultivation of the land will be involved companies in the area. The same companies, after the realization of partnership agreements with BAMBOO TOKEN, will be involved in the cultivation, management and care of the plants for the entire duration of the plan. At the fifteenth year after the start of the project, BAMBOO TOKEN will transfer all rights to the project and to the plants to the farms. At the end of the project, the farms in question will obtain the bamboo trees as they have been cultivated and cared for over the years.

The Bamboo plant does not need chemical treatments, lives over 75 years and absorbs up to 17 tons of carbon dioxide per hectare releasing 35% more oxygen into the atmosphere of an equivalent deciduous tree. In addition, the bamboo roots offer excellent protection of the soil from atmospheric agents.
SUPPORT FOR AGRICULTURE
The Bamboo Token project envisages at the end of the 15 years leaving the land to the companies that have managed it, creating new economic developments.
ONE PRODUCT: OVER 1500 USES
Bamboo can be used in textiles, bio-architecture, construction, furniture, gifts, energy, cosmetics, paper and food industries.

Token Allocation Forecast
The development of the project and the implementation of the platform will take place through the issuance of a security token called BAMBOO TOKEN (BMTK Token) through a verifiable public smart contract. The issued token will be based on Etheurem’s ERC1462 protocol; no new blockchain has been created as it is intended to use Etheurem’s Blockchain security systems.
The total project in Italy involves the construction of plantations on a plot of 500 hectares. Considering each token corresponding to the tenth part of a square metre, a total of 50 million tokens will be issued, of which 35 million will be sold on the market while the remaining part (30% of the total) will be the share available to the founders and the issuing company.
The capital needed to carry out the project will be raised in 5 phases. Each phase will correspond to the implementation of the cultivation of bamboo on 100 hectares of land.

The proceeds from the sale of the tokens in the second round of the PUBLIC SALE will be used for the rental of land and the management of the bamboo.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS
The Bamboo Token project has no financial nature whatsoever. The token issued provides for the adoption of a part of bamboo and the obtaining of products from the plantations for the whole duration of 15 years. Participants will be able to have the products collected and sent to their home or ask the partners to sell them on their behalf. The local partner will obtain the sale of a percentage of the products obtained equal to 32% to cover the management costs.
On the basis of data obtained from plantations already active in Italy, on a cultivation of 500 hectares with 1800 plants per hectare the results are as follows:
In case you want to sell the products through the local partner, currently in Italy the prices of sprouts settle on an average of € 3,00 per kg while the reeds (culms) on an average € 400,00 per ton. Depending on the purchase price of the token, the average annual revenue could vary between 25% and 45%.
